This fun tribute night is being held at the Crewe Alexandra Carlsberg Suite on Saturday 3rd March and Syntronix will be playing live followed by a disco. Elvis 77th Birthday Live Quiz.
On January 8th 2012 Elvis the King turned 77 years old and Jason Dale the Elvis Explosion came into the station to celebrate the music and history to come from this much loved all round entertainer.
Jason set 2 questions for the listeners live on air and we posted them to our Facebook Page to give everybody chance to win some great prizes that Jason dale himself donated for this fun quiz.
Jason asked the following questions.......
1. What was the original Colour of the Pink Cadillac that Elvis owned?
2. Where did Elvis perform his last concert?
Of all the entries we chose 2 lucky winners at random who each received a photographic book about Elvis's life, a Jason Dale and the Jayettes CD album of some fantastic covers of the most popular Elvis songs.
They also each received a white silk scarf with Jason Dales Elvis Explosion logo on the bottom.
Congratulations go out to Isobel Tee of Stoke-On-Trent and Mark Farrelly of Crewe who were our lucky winners and have now received their prizes.
